Acer Goes Big at IFA 2026 With 1000Hz Gaming Monitor and 5K Mini LED Displays
Acer is wasting no time at IFA 2026! Ahead of the main event, the company has unveiled eight new desktop monitors across its Predator, Nitro, and ProDesigner ranges, with some seriously impressive display technology.
The biggest headline is the Predator XB253Q U1, a 24.5-inch Full HD gaming monitor with a massive 1000Hz refresh rate and just 0.3ms response time. It also supports circularly polarized light technology for eye protection, along with DisplayHDR 400 and 90% DCI-P3 coverage.
And Acer isn’t stopping there. The Predator X32 V3 packs a 31.5-inch QD-OLED Penta Tandem panel with UHD resolution and 180Hz refresh rate, while the Predator XB273K V7 offers UHD 160Hz or Full HD 500Hz modes.
For gamers chasing speed, the Nitro lineup gets even crazier. The Nitro XV275U Z2 and XV270U Z3 can reach up to 520Hz at 720p, while the XV275X P combines 5K resolution at 165Hz with 1440p at 330Hz and a 2,304-zone Mini LED backlight.
The Nitro XZ340CKR P adds a 34-inch curved ultra-wide panel with 5120×2160 resolution at 180Hz or 2560×1080 at 360Hz.
Creative professionals aren’t forgotten either. The ProDesigner PE270X P features 5K 165Hz, 2,304-zone Mini LED, DisplayHDR 1400, 99% DCI-P3 and 99% Adobe RGB coverage, plus ΔE < 1 color accuracy.
