Oppo has officially announced that the highly anticipated Find X9 series will debut on October 16 in China. The lineup will include the Oppo Find X9 and Find X9 Pro, both featuring a refined design, upgraded imaging technology, and substantial improvements in battery capacity.

The Find X9 will feature a 6.59-inch flat display, while the Pro variant will sport a larger 6.78-inch screen. Both panels have extremely slim, symmetrical bezels and support a full-scene 1nit eye-care mode across all apps, paired with 3840Hz high-frequency PWM dimming to reduce eye strain. The series will also introduce a velvet sand finish on the back for a smooth texture and improved grip. Using cold carving technology, Oppo has seamlessly integrated the lens housing into the rear panel, eliminating noticeable junction lines for a more polished look.

Oppo has confirmed that the Find X9 series will arrive in four elegant shades: Velvet Sand Titanium, Velvet Light Titanium, Frost White, and Mist Black. The rear design, revealed officially for the first time, showcases a compact square-shaped Hasselblad quad camera system. This module is engineered to capture more light while maintaining a sleek profile, signaling Oppo’s continued collaboration with Hasselblad for advanced mobile photography.

Under the hood, both models will be powered by MediaTek’s Dimensity 9500 platform built on a 3nm process. The chipset integrates a redesigned CPU, a G1-Ultra GPU, and an Imagiq 1190 image processor to deliver smooth performance across everyday and professional use. Enhancing this is Oppo’s new Tidal Engine software layer, which optimizes efficiency and ensures balanced power management.

Battery life is another major highlight. The Find X9 packs a 7,025mAh unit, while the Find X9 Pro upgrades to a massive 7,500mAh capacity. Both devices support 80W wired charging and 50W wireless charging, offering users reliable fast-charging options to keep up with demanding usage. Oppo also confirmed that the series will not remain exclusive to China, with a global launch event planned for October 28.

With its modern design language, Hasselblad imaging system, advanced MediaTek chipset, and class-leading batteries, the Oppo Find X9 series is shaping up to be one of the most compelling flagship launches of the year.
