The Vivo X300 series is shaping up to be one of the most exciting smartphone launches of 2025, with both the Vivo X300 and X300 Pro expected to debut around October. According to reports the lineup will arrive with MediaTek’s latest Dimensity 9500 chipset, upgraded cameras, and a slim new design. Moreover, Fan Edition of the Vivo X300 series is also on the way. The first Vivo X300 FE, carrying the model number V2537, has been spotted in the IMEI database, hinting at a possible global or Indian variant. While there has been no official announcement regarding the Fan Edition yet, it suggests that the brand is actively working on expanding the lineup.

Vivo X200 FE: Specifications

The Vivo X200 FE comes with a 6.31-inch LTPO AMOLED flat display offering a resolution of 2640 × 1216 pixels. It supports adaptive refresh rates up to 120Hz, HDR, and an impressive 5000 nits peak brightness, along with 2160Hz PWM dimming for eye comfort.

In terms of build, the phone measures 150.83 × 71.76 × 7.99 mm and weighs around 186 grams. It is protected by IP68 and IP69 ratings for dust and water resistance, with a glass front and back supported by an aluminum frame.

Powering the device is the MediaTek Dimensity 9300+ chipset built on a 4nm process, paired with LPDDR5X RAM and UFS 3.1 storage. Users can choose from configurations like 12GB + 256GB, 12GB + 512GB, or 16GB + 512GB.

For cameras, the X200 FE features a triple rear setup: a 50MP Sony IMX921 primary sensor with OIS and Zeiss optics, a 50MP periscope telephoto lens with 3x optical zoom, and an 8MP ultrawide lens. On the front, it carries a 50MP selfie camera. Both rear and front cameras support up to 4K video recording at 60fps, with gyro-EIS and HDR features.

Battery capacity stands at 6500mAh (typical) with 90W wired fast charging, although there’s no wireless charging option.

On the software side, the phone runs Android 15 with Funtouch OS 15, featuring ZEISS Master Color Display and Smart Eye Protection Mode 2.0. Security is handled by an under-display fingerprint sensor.

Additional highlights include dual stereo speakers, 5G connectivity, NFC, Bluetooth 5.4, advanced WiFi, and GPS. It comes in several color variants such as Blue Breeze, Yellow Glow, Pink Vibe, and Black Luxe.
