The Vivo X300 has officially launched in India as Vivo’s latest premium flagship, combining powerful hardware with a strong focus on photography and long-term software support. It is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9500 chipset, paired with LPDDR5x RAM and UFS 4.0 storage, ensuring smooth performance for gaming, multitasking, and demanding apps.

On the front, the Vivo X300 features a 6.31-inch flat OLED 8T LTPO display with a 2640×1216 resolution, 120Hz adaptive refresh rate, and up to 4500 nits peak brightness. With 2160Hz PWM dimming, the panel is tuned for better eye comfort during prolonged use. The phone runs on Android 16 with OriginOS 6.0, and Vivo promises up to 5 major Android OS upgrades and 7 years of security updates, making it a future-ready choice for long-term users.

The camera setup is one of the biggest highlights. On the rear, the Vivo X300 is equipped with a 200MP Samsung HPB primary camera with OIS, a 50MP Samsung JN1 ultra-wide lens, and a 50MP Sony LYT-602 periscope telephoto camera with OIS for high-quality zoom shots. On the front, a 50MP Samsung S5KJN1 sensor handles selfies and video calls. Supporting this hardware, Vivo’s dedicated V3+ imaging chip enhances image processing, improving clarity, dynamic range, and focusing speed across various lighting conditions.

Battery performance should be strong as well, thanks to a 6,040mAh semi-solid-state battery designed for efficiency and durability. The device supports 90W wired fast charging and 40W wireless charging, so quick top-ups are easy whether you are at home or on the move. This combination makes the Vivo X300 suitable for power users who need reliable all-day battery life.

Vivo has also packed in a range of premium extras. The X300 comes with an ultrasonic in-screen fingerprint scanner, dual speakers, and an x-axis linear motor for improved haptics. Connectivity is equally modern with Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 5.4, NFC, an IR blaster, and USB 3.2 Gen 1. A dedicated signal amplifier chip and four Wi-Fi boosters aim to maintain stable, high-speed connections. The phone measures 150.57 x 71.92 x 7.95mm, weighs 190 grams, and carries an IP68/69 rating for dust and water resistance, adding an extra layer of durability.

In India, the Vivo X300 is priced at ₹75,999 for the 12GB+256GB variant, ₹81,999 for the 12GB+512GB variant, and ₹85,999 for the top-end 16GB+512GB model. Color options include Mist Blue, Elite Black, and Summit Red. For camera enthusiasts looking to push telephoto performance further, Vivo is also offering the Zeiss Telephoto Extender Kit at ₹18,999. The phone will be available starting December 10 via Vivo India’s official website, Flipkart, Amazon, and major offline retail stores, while pre-bookings begin today.
