BenQ has introduced two new collaboration solutions, the InstaShow VS25 and InstaShow WDC15, with India becoming the first market globally to receive them. Announced at InfoComm India 2025, the launch underscores India’s growing role in shaping workplace technology worldwide. These devices are built to minimize connectivity issues in hybrid meetings and group presentations, enabling enterprises to focus on productivity.
BenQ InstaShow VS25: Features and Specifications
The InstaShow VS25 supports flexible Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) and Bring Your Own Meeting (BYOM) setups. It accommodates up to 64 buttons, allowing four people to share content simultaneously. With Wi-Fi 6 support and compatibility with Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Google Meet, it seamlessly integrates into hybrid offices.
The system supports AirPlay, ChromeCast, and Miracast, enabling laptops, tablets, and smartphones to connect instantly. It delivers 4K at 60Hz output for clear visuals and includes touchback control, letting users interact directly with content via interactive displays. Its 40-metre wireless range eliminates the need for apps, drivers, or IT setup. Security is strengthened with AES 128-bit encryption, WPA3 protection, and CVSS 4.0 certification.
BenQ InstaShow WDC15: Features and Specifications
Designed for larger setups such as boardrooms, training environments, and workshops, the InstaShow WDC15 allows up to 16 presenters to connect at once. It supports 4K at 30Hz resolution and also includes touchback functionality.
Connectivity options include HDMI, USB Type-A, and USB Type-C, ensuring compatibility across devices. Its wireless range extends to 15 metres, with a hardware-based connection that doesn’t rely on corporate networks. The WDC15 carries the same enterprise-grade security standards as the VS25, safeguarding sensitive business data.
BenQ InstaShow VS25 and WDC15: Price and Availability in India
BenQ has confirmed Indian pricing for both models. The InstaShow VS25 is priced at ₹1,99,000, while the InstaShow WDC15 costs ₹99,000. Distribution will be handled through BenQ’s authorised partner network. Enterprises with specific needs can approach BenQ India for customised packages and integration support.
