The upcoming OnePlus 15 has made its first real-world appearance ahead of its official launch. The device was spotted during the 2025 Peace Elite Professional League (PEL) Summer Finals, where it joined a group photo alongside past Peace Elite champions, revealing key design details.

Leaked images show the OnePlus 15 featuring a squarish camera module in the upper-left corner, similar to the OnePlus 13T. The module houses three cameras—two arranged in a pill-shaped design—while the third lens and LED flash sit separately on the right. The triple-camera setup reportedly consists of three 50MP sensors, including a periscope telephoto lens with 3x optical zoom. OnePlus is also debuting its new “DetailMax Engine” for sharper and more detailed shots.

While earlier reports suggested that the phone would come in Absolute Black, Dune, and Mist Purple, the leaked images reveal a new white color variant, adding freshness to the lineup.

Performance-wise, the OnePlus 15 will be among the first smartphones to feature Qualcomm’s latest Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 processor. Benchmark listings confirm a Geekbench score of 3709 in single-core and around 11,000 in multi-core, along with 16GB of RAM. The device is expected to house a massive 7000mAh battery with support for 120W fast charging, ensuring both longevity and quick top-ups.

The display is rumored to be a 6.78-inch flat LTPO OLED panel with a 1.5K resolution and an ultra-smooth 165Hz refresh rate, delivering a flagship-grade visual experience for gaming and multimedia.

Although OnePlus has not yet confirmed the launch date, speculation suggests it could arrive shortly after Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite announcement. With Xiaomi already set to debut its Xiaomi 17 series on September 25 featuring the same chip, competition in the flagship space is about to heat up.
