OPPO has officially announced the launch date of its upcoming OPPO K15 5G. The smartphone will debut in China on July 24, joining the recently launched OPPO K15 Pro and OPPO K15 Pro Plus. Ahead of the official unveiling, the company has already confirmed several key specifications, giving us a good idea of what to expect.

The launch event will take place at 10:00 AM China time (7:30 AM IST), where OPPO is expected to reveal the phone’s complete specifications, pricing, and availability details.

One of the biggest highlights of the OPPO K15 is its massive 8,000mAh battery, making it one of the largest batteries in its segment. The phone also supports 80W fast charging and Bypass Charging, which allows power to flow directly to the motherboard during gaming, reducing heat generation and helping extend battery life.

Under the hood, the smartphone is powered by the new MediaTek Dimensity 7360 Super chipset built on a 4nm process. OPPO has also included a built-in cooling fan along with a large vapor chamber cooling system to maintain stable performance during heavy gaming and multitasking.

For photography enthusiasts, OPPO is equipping the K15 with a dual-camera setup featuring a 50MP main camera and a 50MP ultra-wide sensor. On the front, the smartphone packs a 50MP selfie camera, making it a promising option for selfies and high-quality video calls.

The phone will also feature a 6.59-inch flat OLED display with 1.5K resolution. Although OPPO has not officially confirmed the refresh rate, it is expected to support 120Hz for smoother scrolling and gaming.

Durability is another strong point of the upcoming device. The OPPO K15 will arrive with IP68 and IP69 certification, offering protection against dust and water. Combined with its advanced cooling system and large battery, the phone appears to be designed for users who prioritize gaming and long-lasting performance.
