[Live] Apple “Awe-Dropping” Event 2025: iPhone 17 Series, iPhone Air, New Watches, and AirPods Pro 3

Apple’s highly anticipated “Awe-Dropping” September 2025 event kicks off today, promising a wave of exciting product launches. The spotlight is on the iPhone 17 lineup, headlined by the all-new iPhone 17 Air, which is expected to be Apple’s thinnest and lightest device yet. Alongside the iPhones, Apple is set to introduce its latest wearables, upgraded AirPods, and software updates.

The iPhone 17 series includes the standard iPhone 17, iPhone 17 Pro, and iPhone 17 Pro Max, with the iPhone 17 Air designed to stand out thanks to its ultra-slim 5.5mm titanium-aluminum body, weighing just 145g. Rumors suggest the Air will feature a 48MP rear camera, 12GB RAM, and Apple’s A19 chip. Meanwhile, the iPhone 17 is tipped to come with a 6.3-inch ProMotion display, 24MP front camera, and faster 25W Qi2 wireless charging. The Pro Max variant is expected to boast a larger 5088mAh battery and enhanced camera performance.

On the wearables front, Apple is preparing to launch the Apple Watch Series 11 and Watch Ultra 3. These models may introduce new health tracking features like blood pressure monitoring, satellite messaging, and brighter displays. Audio fans can look forward to the AirPods Pro 3, rumored to arrive with a slimmer case and integrated health sensors such as a heart-rate monitor. Translation support may also be part of the feature set, although significant sound quality changes are not expected this year.

In addition to hardware, Apple will roll out iOS 26 and updates across iPadOS, macOS Tahoe, watchOS, and tvOS. While users are eager for major Siri improvements with Apple Intelligence, early reports suggest the biggest Siri upgrades might be held back until 2026.

Apple CEO Tim Cook teased fans ahead of the event, stating, “Days like today are some of the most exciting moments at Apple.” With the iPhone 17 series, slimmer designs, and advanced wearable technology, the event is shaping up to be one of the most impactful launches of the year.
