September 2026 has already become an important month for smartphone buyers in India. Several new phones have arrived across different price segments, from affordable 5G devices to premium flagship smartphones.

The latest launches include the Apple iPhone 18 Pro series, Redmi Note 17 Pro series, OPPO K14 Lite, Lava Bold N4 Pro 5G, AI+ Nova 2 Power 5G, Xiaomi Redmi 17 5G and Samsung Galaxy S26 FE. These phones bring a mix of large batteries, faster displays, new processors, improved cameras and AI features.

Apple iPhone 18 Pro and iPhone 18 Pro Max: Price In India and Specifications

Apple’s iPhone 18 Pro and iPhone 18 Pro Max are among the biggest smartphone launches of the month. The Pro models use Apple’s A20 Pro chip and feature 6.3-inch and 6.9-inch Super Retina XDR OLED displays.

Both phones have a triple 48MP rear camera system, while the main camera adds a variable-aperture system. They also feature an 18MP front camera and run iOS 27 with Apple’s latest AI features.

The iPhone 18 Pro starts at ₹1,64,900 in India, while the iPhone 18 Pro Max starts at ₹1,79,900. Storage options go up to 2TB.

Redmi Note 17 Pro series: Price In India and Specifications

Redmi has also entered the September launch race with the Note 17 Pro and Note 17 Pro Max. The Pro Max stands out with a massive 10,000mAh battery, while the standard Pro gets a 9,000mAh battery.

The Note 17 Pro Max uses a 6.83-inch AMOLED display and supports 100W charging. The standard Note 17 Pro also features an AMOLED display and 67W charging.

The Redmi Note 17 Pro starts at ₹36,999, while the Note 17 Pro Max starts at ₹49,999 according to current India listings.

OPPO K14 Lite: Price In India and Specifications

OPPO’s K14 Lite targets the affordable segment with a large 7,000mAh battery. The phone has a 6.75-inch 120Hz display and is powered by the Unisoc T7250 platform.

The device comes with 4GB RAM and 64GB storage in its listed configuration, along with a 13MP rear camera. The K14 Lite runs ColorOS 16 based on Android 16.

Its India price is ₹16,999, making the large battery one of its main selling points.

Lava Bold N4 Pro 5G: Price In India and Specifications

Lava has launched the Bold N4 Pro 5G at ₹13,999. It comes with a 6.75-inch 120Hz HD+ display, Unisoc T8200 5G chipset, 6GB RAM and 128GB storage.

The phone has a 50MP rear camera, a 6,000mAh battery and 18W charging. It runs Android 16 and is scheduled to go on sale through Amazon from September 26.

For Indian buyers looking for a lower-priced 5G phone with a large battery, the Bold N4 Pro is one of the notable new launches of the month.

AI+ Nova 2 Power 5G: Price In India and Specifications

AI+ has also launched the Nova 2 Power 5G. The phone is listed with a MediaTek Dimensity 7100 processor, 6GB RAM and 128GB storage.

It features a 6.75-inch 120Hz display, a 48MP main camera, an 8MP ultrawide camera and a 13MP selfie camera. A 7,000mAh battery with 33W charging powers the device.

The Nova 2 Power 5G is priced at ₹19,999.

Xiaomi Redmi 17 5G: Price In India and Specifications

The Redmi 17 5G is another new battery-focused smartphone. It comes with a 6.9-inch LCD display, Snapdragon 4 Gen 5 processor and a large 7,900mAh battery with 45W charging.

The phone has a 50MP main camera and 2MP secondary camera, along with 6GB RAM and 128GB storage. Its current India price is listed at ₹23,999.

Samsung Galaxy S26 FE: Price In India and Specifications

Samsung’s Galaxy S26 FE is another recent addition to the premium segment. The phone is listed in India with 8GB RAM and 256GB storage and carries a ₹79,999 price tag.

It sits below Samsung’s flagship S26 range while offering buyers a more affordable way to enter the Galaxy S26 family.

Which phones are shaping the September smartphone market?

The latest launches show that smartphone brands are focusing heavily on battery capacity, high-refresh-rate displays, AI features and longer software support.

At the affordable end, phones such as the Lava Bold N4 Pro, OPPO K14 Lite and AI+ Nova 2 Power are pushing large batteries and 120Hz displays. Redmi is taking the battery race even further with the 9,000mAh and 10,000mAh Note 17 Pro models.
