OPPO has officially teased its next F-series smartphone lineup for India. The company has confirmed that the OPPO F35 Series will launch in the country during September 2026, although the exact launch date and complete specifications have not been revealed yet.

The teaser gives a first look at the phone’s general design, showing a rounded smartphone in an orange colour. OPPO has not yet confirmed whether the teased device is the standard F35 or the F35 Pro.

The new series could become particularly interesting because leaks have pointed to a very large battery on the Pro model. The OPPO F35 Pro is tipped to feature a 10,000mAh battery, which would make it one of the most battery-focused phones in OPPO’s Indian lineup.

OPPO F35 Series vs Previous Generation

The OPPO F35 Series is expected to succeed the F33 lineup, which arrived in India in April 2026. The F33 series already focused on large batteries, AMOLED displays and fast charging, with the F33 5G featuring a 7,000mAh battery and 80W charging.

If the current leaks are accurate, the F35 Pro would bring a major battery upgrade over the previous generation by moving from a 7,000mAh-class battery to a 10,000mAh unit. That would give the new phone a much stronger endurance-focused identity.

The display could also remain a major part of the F-series experience. The F33 5G featured a 6.57-inch 120Hz AMOLED panel, while leaks suggest the F35 Pro could move to a larger 6.78-inch AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. The newer model is also expected to use Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 4 Gen 5 chipset.

However, these F35 Pro specifications are still based on leaks. OPPO has not officially confirmed the battery, chipset, cameras or display specifications yet.

OPPO F35 Pro Full Specifications

The OPPO F35 Pro is expected to feature a 6.78-inch FHD+ AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. Some earlier reports have suggested a 1.5K-resolution OLED panel, so the final display resolution should be confirmed by OPPO at launch.

Performance is expected to come from the Qualcomm Snapdragon 4 Gen 5 chipset. The phone could also offer up to 12GB of RAM and UFS 3.1 storage, although OPPO has not announced the final memory configurations.

The biggest highlight is expected to be a 10,000mAh battery. Leaks also point to 80W wired fast charging and 27W reverse charging, which could allow the phone to act as a power source for other compatible devices.

For photography, reports suggest a 50MP primary rear camera could be paired with a secondary 2MP sensor. The front camera could be a 32MP sensor, although these camera specifications remain unconfirmed.

The phone is also expected to offer strong durability, with reports mentioning multiple IP protection ratings. An optical in-display fingerprint sensor has also been tipped.

On the software side, earlier leaks have pointed to ColorOS 16 based on Android 17, but this has not been officially confirmed by OPPO. The company is expected to reveal the final software version and complete specifications closer to the Indian launch.

Our Take

The OPPO F35 Series is shaping up to be an interesting addition to India’s smartphone market. While the company has only confirmed the September launch so far, the possibility of a 10,000mAh battery on the F35 Pro gives the upcoming lineup a strong headline feature.

The biggest questions now are the final specifications, pricing and launch date. If OPPO manages to combine the huge battery with a good AMOLED display, capable performance and fast charging, the F35 Pro could become a strong option for users who want long battery life without moving to a specialised rugged phone.

More details should emerge as OPPO gets closer to the official launch. For the latest smartphone launches, leaks, specifications and technology news, keep following Passionategeekz.
