The upcoming Vivo X300 series is inching closer to launch, with the global variant of the Vivo X300 recently appearing on Geekbench. This spotting hints that the global debut could take place soon, following the official announcement in China scheduled for October 13.

The Geekbench listing reveals that the global Vivo X300 carries the model number V2515, while the X300 Pro is identified as V2514. Much like the Chinese version, the global Vivo X300 is powered by MediaTek’s latest Dimensity 9500 chipset. This processor features a 1+3+4 CPU setup, comprising a Travis core running at 4.21GHz, three Alto cores at 3.5GHz, and four Gelas cores at 2.7GHz. Built on Arm’s new X9 and A7 architectures, the chip is paired with a Mali-G1 Ultra MC12 GPU, offering more than 40% efficiency gains and enhanced ray tracing performance.

On Geekbench, the Vivo X300 scored 3177 in the single-core test and 9701 in the multi-core test, showcasing the capabilities of the Dimensity 9500. The listing also confirms that the device comes with 16GB of RAM and runs on Android 16 out of the box. Speculations suggest that the global version will introduce OriginOS 6, further strengthening Vivo’s software ecosystem.
The global appearance of the Vivo X300 indicates that Vivo is already testing its performance outside China. Industry sources believe the Vivo X300 series could debut globally as early as November or December, following its domestic release. With the powerful Dimensity 9500 chipset and advanced software, the X300 series is shaping up to be a strong contender in the flagship market.
