Looks like POCO is all set to shake things up again! After being spotted on IMDA and NBTC certification databases last month, the POCO F8 Pro is slowly revealing more details ahead of its launch. The certifications confirmed the device’s 5G support, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, and NFC connectivity — confirming its arrival in Singapore and Thailand. Now, new information gives us a closer look at its packaging and features.

According to the latest leaks, the POCO F8 Pro will come equipped with Sound by Bose audio tuning — marking a big upgrade for audiophiles and a first for POCO devices. The packaging also hints at a shift in POCO’s accessory strategy, as it appears that this time, the charger won’t be included inside the box. This follows the industry trend set by other major smartphone brands, aiming for a more eco-friendly approach — though it may not sit well with users who still prefer an all-in-one package.

The device is expected to be a rebranded version of the Redmi K90, which launched in China in October 2025. The “Sound by Bose” branding on the box further supports this, as both devices seem to share design and hardware similarities. Interestingly, while the Redmi K90 includes a charger in the box, POCO’s global version is dropping it this time around.

In related news, the POCO F8 Ultra has also been spotted on the same certification platforms, hinting that multiple models from the F8 lineup could launch soon. The company might reveal the official timeline for these devices in the coming weeks.

Meanwhile, the POCO Pad X1 tablet was recently seen on the Geekbench database. It’s rumored to be a rebranded Xiaomi Pad 7 featuring the Snapdragon 7+ Gen 3 processor — making it a flagship-grade tablet that could launch alongside the new F8 series.

With powerful hardware, Bose-tuned sound, and a design inspired by the Redmi K90, the POCO F8 Pro is shaping up to be one of the most promising mid-premium smartphones of the season — even if you’ll have to buy the charger separately.
