Vivo is gearing up for a packed launch calendar in India. The company is set to introduce the Vivo X200T in the Indian market, while the Vivo V70 series is expected to follow later in February. What’s grabbing the most attention is the rumored debut of the first-ever Vivo V70 Elite 5G, which is said to be powered by the Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 chipset—making it the most powerful V-series smartphone to date. The lineup is expected to include the standard Vivo V70 alongside the Elite variant.

Meanwhile, Vivo has officially confirmed that the Vivo X200 will launch on January 27, 2026. With the X200T already revealed by the brand, it’s clear that Vivo is preparing an aggressive rollout, and the V70 series could be next in line.

On the T-series front, leaks around the Vivo T5 lineup have been circulating for some time, especially the Vivo T5x. Adding to the buzz, we are now revealing details about the upcoming Vivo T5 Lite 5G, including some of its key specifications and information specific to the Indian variant.

Vivo T5 Lite 5G Specifications

The Vivo T5 Lite has now been spotted on the IMEI database with the model number V2557. For reference, the model number V2558 is associated with the Vivo V70 FE India, which strongly suggests that V2557 is also an India-specific device.

This further reinforces the idea that the Vivo T5 Lite will be exclusive to the Indian market. Unlike some other Vivo lineups, the T Lite series does not follow a China rebranding strategy, making an India-only launch highly likely.

Interestingly, as part of Vivo–iQOO’s usual product strategy, the Vivo T5 Lite is expected to arrive as a rebranded version of the iQOO Z11 Lite, tailored for the Indian audience.

The IMEI listings confirm that the Vivo T5 Lite 5G will support 44W fast charging, clearly positioning the device in the budget 5G segment. Based on Vivo’s previous approach with the Vivo T4 Lite 5G, the upcoming T5 Lite is expected to bring notable upgrades while maintaining an aggressive price point.

Early expectations suggest the device could be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7400 chipset, paired with a 50MP primary camera, 44W fast charging, and a massive 6500- 7,000mAh battery a combination aimed squarely at power users in the affordable segment.

With Vivo preparing multiple launches across different price brackets, more concrete details around the Vivo T5 Lite 5G are expected to surface very soon.
