Realme has officially confirmed that the Realme GT 8 Pro is arriving in India in November 2025, strengthening its flagship lineup in the market. The company teased the launch via its official X handle, and dedicated microsites are now live on Realme India’s website as well as Flipkart, confirming its availability through both platforms.
Following its debut in China earlier this month, the Realme GT 8 Pro will enter India with the latest Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset built on a 3nm process. The flagship processor will be paired with a dedicated HyperVision AI chip to enhance imaging, system intelligence, and real-time camera processing. The Indian variant will also feature the Ricoh-tuned camera technology, aiming to deliver professional-grade photography performance.
Based on the Chinese model, the Realme GT 8 Pro is equipped with a large 6.79-inch QHD+ AMOLED flexible display boasting a resolution of 1440 × 3136 pixels, up to 144Hz refresh rate, extreme peak brightness of 7000 nits, 508ppi pixel density, and 3200Hz touch sampling — designed to offer an ultra-smooth viewing and touch experience for gamers and content consumers.
The smartphone is expected to launch in India with up to 16GB LPDDR5X RAM and up to 1TB UFS 4.1 storage, offering flagship-level performance and storage capabilities. Powering the device is a massive 7000mAh battery that supports 120W wired fast charging, promising exceptional endurance and speedy top-ups for heavy users.
In China, pricing for the Realme GT 8 Pro starts at CNY 3,999 (around ₹50,000) for the base 12GB + 256GB variant, going up to CNY 5,199 (approximately ₹64,000) for the 16GB + 1TB model. The phone is available in Blue, White, and Green color options in the Chinese market, and similar variants are expected for India.
