Vivo X500 Series Roundup

Over the past few weeks, several leaks have revealed details about almost every model in the upcoming Vivo X500 family, including the Vivo X500, Vivo X500e, Vivo X500 Pro, Vivo X500 Pro Max, and even the Vivo X500 Ultra.

According to recent reports, the standard Vivo X500 could feature a 6.59-inch 1.5K OLED display powered by MediaTek’s upcoming Dimensity 9500 chipset. Camera upgrades may include a 50MP Sony primary sensor, a 50MP ultra-wide camera, and a 64MP periscope telephoto camera. The device is also expected to pack a massive 7,500mAh battery.

The Vivo X500e is tipped to arrive with a compact 6.59-inch display and the MediaTek Dimensity 9500 chipset. It may feature a 50MP main camera, a periscope telephoto lens, and a 7,500mAh battery. Earlier reports have also suggested that the device could launch as the Vivo S60 Pro in select markets.

The Vivo X500 Pro is expected to be powered by MediaTek’s next-generation Dimensity 9600 Pro chipset. It could feature a 6.37-inch 1.5K LTPO OLED display with a 144Hz refresh rate and a battery ranging between 6,500mAh and 7,000mAh.

Expected camera setup includes:

The Vivo X500 Pro Max is expected to be the most premium model launching this year. Leaks suggest it may include:

Meanwhile, the Vivo X500 Ultra is reportedly under development for a 2027 launch. Vivo is said to be testing three different 200MP periscope telephoto sensors, including 1/1.12-inch, 1/1.3-inch, and 1/1.4-inch variants.

Interestingly, recent leaks claim Vivo has abandoned plans for a dedicated 10x periscope lens. Instead, the company is expected to use a single 200MP periscope sensor combined with advanced in-sensor zoom technology to improve long-range photography.

Expected Vivo X500 Series Highlights

Current reports suggest the Vivo X500, Vivo X500 Pro, and Vivo X500 Pro Max could debut in China around September 2026, while the Vivo X500e and Vivo X500 Ultra are expected to arrive later, with the Ultra likely launching in the first half of 2027.

As always, all specifications mentioned above are based on leaks and certifications, so final hardware could differ when Vivo officially unveils the smartphones.

With the IMEI listings now confirming the existence of the Vivo X500, Vivo X500 Pro, and Vivo X500e, the launch of Vivo’s next flagship lineup appears to be getting closer. Stay tuned to PassionateGeekz for more exclusive updates as we continue to track the Vivo X500 series.
