Lava is preparing to unveil its next-generation mid-premium smartphone, the Lava Agni 4, on 20 November 2025. The device brings a substantial upgrade over the Agni 3 series, offering a refined design, improved performance hardware, and a feature-rich software experience based on Android 15.
The Agni 4 features a 6.67-inch 1.5K flat AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate, 2600 nits peak brightness, Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection, and narrow 1.7mm bezels for an immersive viewing experience. The device is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 8350 chipset paired with 8GB LPDDR5X RAM and 256GB UFS 4.0 storage, ensuring smooth multitasking and fast data speeds.
The smartphone includes a 5000mAh battery with 66W fast charging support. For photography, it offers a 50MP main camera with a 1/1.55-inch sensor and an 8MP ultra-wide lens. On the front, the device features a 50MP JN1 camera for detailed selfies and video calls. Additional features include an action key for customizable shortcuts and enhanced usability.
Running Android 15 out of the box, the Agni 4 is promised to receive three major OS upgrades and four years of security updates. Hardware enhancements include dual speakers, an X-axis linear motor, and a 4300mm² VC liquid cooling system. Connectivity options include Wi-Fi 6E, Bluetooth 5.4, an IR blaster, and USB 3.2 Gen 1. The device also carries an aluminium frame paired with an IP64 rating for added durability.
Lava will officially announce the price of the Agni 4 during its 20 November launch event. With its balanced performance, premium build, and modern features, the Agni 4 is positioned to strengthen Lava’s presence in the competitive mid-range segment.
