[CNMO Technology News]On June 28, the League of Legends 2025 Mid-Season Championship Finalist will officially start in Vancouver. The BLG E-sports Club, which represents the LPL region, will face GAM in the LCP region on June 28. The final stage is a double-defeated BO5 duel under the fearless call mode, and will eventually compete for two promotion places.

The 10 MSI teams in the five major competition areas have been confirmed, and they are:

LPL Division: AL and BLG; LCK Division: GEN and T1; LEC Division: MKOI and G2; LTA Division: FLY and FUR; LCP Division: CFO and GAM.

The finals are from June 28 to June 30; the knockout stages are from July 2 to July 13; the championship and runner-up finals are from July 13.

According to Passionategeekz, after the finalists are over, the event will enter the knockout stage. During the knockout stage, the teams will be matched based on the results of the Global Pioneer Championship based on the lottery division, and the teams in the same competition area shall not be located in the same half area. The lottery division is as follows (the numbers after the competition area are the seed ranking):

Area 1: LCK1, LEC1; Area 2: LCP1, LPL1; Area 3: LTA1, LCK2; Area 4: Teams for the finalists (2 teams)

It is reported that these restrictions will automatically lock in part of the matchup, thereby reducing the number of potential draw results. Among the six possible team combinations that advance to the finalists, four of them can be determined without drawing lots, and the remaining two can be completed by completing the knockout division only once.
