[CNMO Technology News]Recently, a digital blogger exposed the detailed parameters of the new 200 million pixel periscope sensor HP5, and hinted that it will be first released by OPPO.
It is reported that this HP5 periscope sensor adopts a 28nm process process, with pixels up to 200MP, a single pixel size of 0.5 microns, and a sensor size of 1/1.56 inch. HP9, which is also 200 million pixels, has a single pixel size of 0.56 microns and has a 1/1.4-inch sensor size. In comparison, both single pixel size and sensor size are slightly lower than HP9. Based on the above information and netizens’ comments, this new sensor will be applied to OPPO Find X9 Pro.
According to Passionategeekz, the main camera of the OPPO Find X9 Ultra, another model in the OPPO Find X9 series, will use a 200-pixel 1/1.11-inch ultra-large bottom sensor and a 50-megapixel 1/1.3-inch ultra-large bottom periscope lens. Regarding the ultra-telephoto solution, there are two possibilities: if the 50-megapixel 1/2.56-inch 10× periscope lens that was previously revealed, the focal length selection will be similar to the Huawei Pura 80 Ultra; it may also continue the current X8 Ultra’s 6× lens.
As OPPO’s first mobile phone to be equipped with a new 200 million pixel telephoto, although it abandons the dual periscope telephoto design on the Find X8 Pro, OPPO Find X9 Pro has the advantages of low dark noise and high resolution. Combined with DCG-HDR technology, it can take clearer and brighter pictures.
