nubia has officially expanded its product lineup in China with the launch of two powerful new devices: the nubia Tablet Pro and the nubia Z70S Ultra Photographer Edition. Designed for gaming enthusiasts and professional photographers alike, these releases mark a bold step forward in performance, innovation, and connectivity.
The nubia Tablet Pro brings flagship performance to the tablet market, featuring a 10.9-inch 2.8K LCD display with a 144Hz refresh rate. Powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset, it offers up to 16GB of LPDDR5 RAM and up to 1TB of UFS 4.0 storage, positioning itself as a powerhouse for gaming, multitasking, and entertainment. To ensure sustained performance, the device incorporates a six-layer heat dissipation system and has achieved an impressive 2.32 million points on the AnTuTu benchmark.

The tablet supports cross-terminal interconnection, enabling seamless communication with smartphones, PCs, and other devices, and can even serve as a wireless secondary screen for a PC. With a sleek metal body measuring just 7.3mm thick and weighing 523g, the device is both portable and durable. It houses a massive 10,100mAh battery with 66W fast charging support. For audio, the nubia Tablet Pro offers a quad-speaker setup enhanced with DTS:X sound effects. An optional 78-key magnetic keyboard accessory with 1.3mm key travel is also available to boost productivity.
The nubia Tablet Pro is priced at 2799 yuan (~USD 384) for 8GB+256GB, 2999 yuan (~USD 411) for 12GB+256GB, 3399 yuan (~USD 466) for 16GB+512GB, and 3999 yuan (~USD 548) for 16GB+1TB. The magnetic keyboard is sold separately at 499 yuan (~USD 68). The tablet is now available for pre-order and will go on sale in China from May 6.
Alongside the tablet, nubia introduced the Z70S Ultra Photographer Edition, a flagship smartphone designed to deliver a professional photography experience. The phone is powered by the new Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset and comes with configurations offering up to 24GB of LPDDR5X RAM and 1TB of UFS 4.0 storage.
The Z70S Ultra Photographer Edition is equipped with a 50MP Light and Shadow Master 990 sensor from OmniVision featuring a native 35mm focal length and advanced four-phase autofocus technology. Complementing the main sensor are a 64MP 1/2″ periscope telephoto lens and a 50MP ultra-wide-angle lens with macro capabilities. The device includes a physical shutter button with half-press focus and long-press shooting functionality, providing a DSLR-like experience.
nubia has also unveiled a professional photography kit for the Z70S Ultra, which includes a mobile case with a T-mount adapter, a 67mm adapter ring for filters, a shoulder strap with magnetic suction, and a 1/4 thread interface for tripod mounting. Collaborating with Fotogear, nubia has developed five T-mount external lenses: fisheye, macro, 139mm telephoto, and 400mm super telephoto lenses, offering photographers expanded creative options.

The smartphone features a 6.85-inch 1.5K OLED BOE Q9+ display with a 144Hz refresh rate, peak brightness of 2000 nits, 10-bit color depth, and up to 2592Hz high-frequency PWM dimming. It offers robust durability with IP68 and IP69 ratings for dust and water resistance. A 6600mAh battery with support for 80W fast charging ensures long-lasting use. It also supports 5G connectivity, Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 5.4, and runs on Android 15 with Nubia’s Nebula AIOS interface.
Both the nubia Tablet Pro and the Z70S Ultra Photographer Edition highlight nubia’s aggressive push to deliver premium experiences, whether for high-performance gaming or professional-level mobile photography.
