With the vivo S2 now officially part of the company’s India lineup, there is also room for vivo to expand the series with an S2 FE model. At the moment, details about the vivo S2 FE have not been officially confirmed, so its specifications, pricing and launch timeline remain unknown.

We at PassionateGeekz has spotted a new database entry that lists the vivo S2 FE with the model number V2640. The new model-number sighting is nevertheless notable because we had already suggested that vivo could introduce an S2 FE instead of an S2 Pro for this generation. The latest discovery now gives us a possible model number to track as more certifications and database listings appear.

What We Know About the vivo S2 FE

At the moment, the V2640 model number is the strongest new information available for the vivo S2 FE. Specifications, design, pricing and launch date have not yet been confirmed.

vivo could position the S2 FE as a more affordable alternative to the S2 5G, or it could use the FE branding to offer a different mix of performance and camera features. For now, it is too early to confirm its specifications.
