iQOO 16 Global and India Launch Details

The appearance of the iQOO 16 in certification databases is a strong indication that the company has started internal preparations for a wider rollout. Sources suggest that both Indian and global variants are currently under testing.

Expected Specifications and Features

According to information shared by known tipsters, both the iQOO 16 and OnePlus 16 are expected to feature Qualcomm’s upcoming Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 6 Pro+ chipset. The processor is said to focus heavily on flagship-grade AI performance, gaming efficiency, and improved thermal management.

The upcoming devices are also tipped to include advanced passive cooling systems alongside self-developed performance chips. This combination could help maintain stable gaming performance during long sessions while reducing thermal throttling.

Camera upgrades are expected to be another major highlight. The iQOO 16 may feature a triple-camera setup with a dedicated periscope telephoto sensor for improved long-range photography capabilities.

Battery life could become one of the biggest selling points of the next-generation flagship lineup. Early leaks claim that both the iQOO 16 and OnePlus 16 are aiming for massive 9,000mAh batteries, which would represent a huge jump compared to current flagship smartphones.
