Xiaomi has officially unveiled its next-generation flagship smartphones, the Xiaomi 17 Ultra and the Xiaomi 17 Ultra Leica Edition, in China. Both devices sit at the top of Xiaomi’s premium lineup and focus heavily on display quality, imaging performance, and cutting-edge hardware. Alongside the standard model, Xiaomi has also introduced the Xiaomi 17 Ultra Leica Edition, which shares the same core hardware but adds a distinct Leica-focused experience. This edition features a Master Zoom Ring that allows physical control over camera launch, exposure value, shutter, filters, and bokeh, delivering a more tactile photography experience. The design includes a Leica red label and a Leica-led industrial aesthetic, making it instantly recognizable.
