Lenovo has expanded its Bellator Zhan 7000 Core Edition gaming laptop lineup with a new configuration powered by Intel’s Core i7-13650HX processor and NVIDIA RTX 5060 GPU. Priced at 6299 yuan (approx. $884) for early buyers, the laptop will go on sale starting September 16 in China. This follows the launch of the Ryzen edition last month.

Performance and Hardware
The Core i7-13650HX brings a 14-core, 20-thread (6P+8E) setup with up to 4.9 GHz boost clock, 24 MB L3 cache, and 120W TDP, offering near desktop-class speeds. It is paired with the NVIDIA RTX 5060 Laptop GPU (Blackwell-based) featuring 8GB GDDR7 memory, 115W Dynamic Boost, DLSS 4, and 572 TOPS AI compute power.
The system includes 16GB DDR5-4800 RAM in dual-channel mode and a 512GB PCIe 4.0 SSD. Users can expand thanks to two SO-DIMM slots and two M.2 SSD slots, with one of each left free for upgrades.
The Bellator 7000 features a 16-inch 2.5K display (2560×1600) with a 180Hz refresh rate, 500 nits brightness, HDR, VRR, DC dimming, and 100% sRGB coverage. The laptop sports a matte grey metal lid with the Bellator logo, and a full-sized keyboard offering 1.5mm travel, full-height arrow keys, and three-stage backlighting with memory.
Cooling and Power
Cooling is managed by Lenovo’s Hurricane architecture with three fans, four heat pipes, and a massive 29,783mm² thermal surface, supporting up to 200W system power. The laptop includes a 60Wh battery with 100W USB-C PD fast charging. Lenovo claims it can maintain a net charge even under stress testing when charging via USB-C.
Connectivity and Ports
The Bellator 7000 provides a strong selection of ports: HDMI 2.1 (48Gbps), a full-function USB-C, four USB-A ports, RJ45 Ethernet, 3.5mm combo jack, and a DC charging port.
Changes vs i7-14650HX Variant
Compared to the earlier i7-14650HX model, this new variant slightly reduces CPU power (120W vs 130W), lowers memory speed, cuts SSD capacity from 1TB to 512GB, and uses a smaller 60Wh battery instead of 80Wh. These adjustments lower the price by 700 yuan ($98), while keeping the GPU, display, and cooling system unchanged.
The Lenovo Bellator 7000 i7-13650HX variant offers a more affordable entry point for gamers, while still retaining powerful graphics and a high-refresh display. For more updates on Lenovo gaming laptops, visit PassionateGeekz.
