OnePlus 16 Specifications and Features
The OnePlus 16 features a high-refresh-rate display designed for smooth scrolling and gaming. It supports refresh rates of up to 165Hz across the system, while compatible games can reach up to 185Hz. Actual frame rates will depend on game support and software optimisation.
Powering the phone is Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite Extreme Gen 6 chipset. Combined with up to 16GB of RAM and 1TB of storage, the hardware is designed to handle demanding apps, multitasking and mobile gaming.
Battery life is another major highlight. The OnePlus 16 packs a 9,000mAh battery with 100W wired charging and 50W wireless charging. The large capacity should provide plenty of power for heavy use, although real-world battery life will depend on display settings, gaming and network conditions.
For photography, the phone features a 200MP main camera alongside 50MP ultrawide and 50MP telephoto cameras. The high-resolution main sensor could capture detailed images, but camera quality will also depend on image processing, low-light performance and lens tuning.

Passionategeekz Take
The OnePlus 16 brings together a fast display, flagship processing power, a massive battery and a high-resolution camera system. Its 9,000mAh battery and 185Hz gaming support stand out, especially for users who spend hours playing games or watching content.
However, its Chinese pricing places it firmly in the premium segment. Indian buyers should wait for official local pricing and availability before making a decision.
