Witch Watch: New insights to the second season

The anticipation for the second season of the animation series Witch Watch is growing: Finally, the central visual and a detailed introductory video were presented, which show both the known main characters Nico, Morihito and Kanshi as well as several newcomers. The new characters include Shinami Keigo, who now lives in the household of the Otogi family, the cat-like nem and other exciting figures that also have their appearance in the video. A scene with Morihito and Nico gives a first impression of the upcoming adventures.

The energetic preload title “Tokihanate!” (Let go!), Sung by Hashimelo, while the band Yutori was selected as a tensory title “Tsuki to Watashi no Kakurenbo” (hiding with the moon and me).

There is also news about the spokesman: Wakai Yuuki takes on the role of Miharu Kiryu, a vampire with a bat companion who is the only son of the Kiryu family and connects a past with Nico’s mother. Azakami Yoei speaks the dutiful chairman of the student council Fujiki Tsukasa, who knows Miharu from middle school. Wakai emphasizes that he creates Miharu as one despite his peculiarly lovable character, while Azakami particularly attaches importance to the interaction with Miharu as a spokesman.

Witch Watch is based on the manga of Shinohara Kenta and tells with a lot of humor by the young witch Nico (spoken by Kawaguchi Rina) and her demon strong childhood friend Morihito (Ryōta Suzuki), who together master the turbulent everyday life and magical challenges.
