Passionategeekz On June 20, Bloomberg reported earlier that SoftBank founder Masayoshi Son conceived to build a trillion-dollar industrial complex in Arizona, USA, covering a diversified industry from AI to industrial robots.
The report quoted people familiar with the matter as saying that Masayoshi Son has made this number Project Crystal Land The project concept has invited technology companies such as TSMC and Samsung Electronics, and has communicated with federal and state government officials, including the U.S. Secretary of Commerce. In addition, it has sorted out a list of SoftBank Vision Fund investment companies that may participate in the complex project.
SoftBank announced a $500 billion AI infrastructure construction project, along with OpenAI, Oracle and others earlier this year.
