The current second grace period will expire on June 19, and this is his third extension since taking office in January this year.

The bill requires TikTok to complete the company’s ownership change transaction within a limited time, otherwise it will face a complete removal and ban in the United States. It is worth noting that under the current extension measures, TikTok can still be used and downloaded normally in the United States, and the US Department of Justice will not enforce a ban on TikTok for the time being.
