Meanwhile, the Russian service module Zvezda of the International Space Station also experienced abnormal pressure, and NASA recommended delaying the launch for safety reasons.
It is worth noting that this will be the first flight mission of SpaceX’s new generation of Dragon spacecraft. The spacecraft has undergone a number of upgrades, including storage space expansion, propulsion component improvements and seat fixing design optimization.
The Axiom-4 mission has important international significance and will set multiple records: this is the second time India has sent astronauts into space after 41 years; it is also the first time that Hungary and Poland have citizens entered the International Space Station.
As planned, astronauts will stay at the International Space Station for 14 days and perform more than 60 scientific experiments, including India-led space agricultural research, life science experiments, etc. These experiments will accumulate experience for India’s planned manned space mission in 2027 and future space station construction.
