To this end, Hongqi breaks through the integrated intake technology of cylinder heads, and optimizes and improves the traditional engine cylinder heads to shorten the intake path, realizes the high integration of the intake pressure stabilization chamber and intake passage with the cylinder head, reducing the intake resistance and intake temperature rise.Reduce pump air loss by 15%, and reduce fuel consumption by 1.5% under actual operating conditions, while achieving a smaller and compact design of the engine structure。
The split exhaust gas boosting technology summarizes the two exhaust valves of the same cylinder into bypass and boosting paths. Through the transient simulation design of the exhaust pipeline, the separation of the cylinder head exhaust passage and the optimization matching of the exhaust cam, the efficient “separation” of the exhaust air flow is achieved, the exhaust pressure and temperature are reduced, and the residual exhaust gas in the cylinder is reduced.This improves the overall efficiency of the booster system by 10%, reduces pump gas loss by 15%, and reduces fuel consumption by 2% under the actual working conditions of the user.
