Stywei launches 50-megapixel 1/1.28-inch mobile phone application CMOS image sensor SC595XS

SC595XS is built on Sturway SmartClarity-XL Pro technology.Using 22nm Stack processequipped with Stywei SuperPixGain HDR (single exposure three-frame fusion), SFCPixel-2 and AllPix ADAF, has a high dynamic range of 110dB and supports 100% full-pixel focus.

Based on Stywei SuperPixGain HDR technology, SC595XS achieves maximum reachability 110dB High Dynamic Rangewhich is significantly increased by about 22dB compared with previous products of the same platform. Therefore, the SC595XS can help the mobile phone camera capture more details of bright and dark parts in an environment with strong light contrast and complex light conditions, reducing the occurrence of overexposure of photos and videos and loss of details in dark areas.

Stywei SuperPixGain HDR technology is implemented by three-frame fusion under a single exposure, which can suppress the generation of motion artifacts. In addition, the SC595XS can support 4K 60fps SuperPixGain HDR high dynamic range video and 4K 120fps video recording。

As a 50-megapixel RGB image sensor, the SC595XS has a large pixel size of 1.22μm; based on Stywei SFCPixel-2 patented technology, the SC595XS uses the SF mid-mount design to increase sensitivity while reducing noise.

SC595XS is equipped with Styre AllPix ADAF and Sparse PDAF technology.Supports dual-mode adaptive fast focusin dark light scenes, AllPix ADAF mode can be turned on, and 100% full pixel focus can achieve high-speed and accurate fast focus effect. In addition, thanks to the optimization of circuit and IP performance, the power consumption of the SC595XS is “significantly reduced compared to previous generations of the same platform.”
