Passionategeekz June 25th news, technology media xpertpick published a blog post yesterday (June 24th), reporting that Samsung has approved a patent, describingMore interactive smartwatch design aspects.
According to a patent published by the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), the strap part of the Samsung smartwatch has a display screen or touch-sensitive area. These areas may be used to extend user interface elements, provide additional control, or implement touch gestures across dials and straps.
Another interesting detail is that the watch interface seems to be automatically adjusted according to the direction of the wrist. In some images, the display element will rotate or move according to the user’s wrist position, meaning that the watch interface may automatically adapt to the user’s wrist posture to make it easier to read or interact with the content in different locations.
The chart also suggests the existence of gesture recognition. There are arrows and notes that indicate the movement of the hands and wrists, as well as finger gestures, which indicates that the device may support control through movement or touch gestures.
