Passionategeekz June 25th news, the source Evan Blass (@Evleaks) released a series of tweets on the X platform yesterday (June 24th), and once again shared the renderings of the two folding phones, Samsung Galaxy Z Flip7 and Galaxy Z Flip7 FE, showing the different colors and shapes of these two phones.
Galaxy Z Flip7
In terms of appearance, the biggest change of Samsung Galaxy Z Flip7 is the external screen. Unlike previous generations of “folder” display designs, after Samsung upgrades, the visual effect is closer to Motorola Razr Ultra, turning the entire cover area into an external screen.
Samsung also optimizes the size and weight of the Galaxy Z Flip7, continuing the series’ lightweight advantages, while being thinner than the previous generation of Galaxy Z Flip6.
In terms of chips, Samsung Galaxy Z Flip7 is equipped with the “Snapdragon 8 Supreme Edition for Galaxy” chip, and its Prime core frequency is increased to 4.47GHz, which is stronger than the standard version of Snapdragon 8 Elite. With 12GB large memory and 128GB to 512GB storage, the goal is to become the most powerful small foldable phone.
In terms of imaging systems, Galaxy Z Flip7 continues its previous generation configuration: the main camera is 50 million pixels, and the ultra-wide-angle 12 million pixels. Although no higher-spec sensor was introduced, Samsung further improved the shooting experience by optimizing the algorithm. In terms of battery life, the battery capacity remains at 4000mAh.
Samsung Galaxy Z Flip7 FE
The product camera configuration, battery and storage are basically the same as the previous generation Z Flip6, but to reduce the configuration, only two storage configurations are available, namely 128GB and 256GB.
Samsung’s Galaxy Z Flip series for young consumer groups will increase market penetration by launching a affordable version of FE models. The price of the 128GB basic version is expected to be controlled at around 1 million won (Passionategeekz Note: the current exchange rate is approximately RMB 5,261), which is about 30% lower than the price of Z Flip7’s estimated 1.485 million won (the current exchange rate is approximately RMB 7,813).
