OnePlus to Launch New Ace 5 Series Smartphone with Dimensity 9400E SoC: Rumored Specs and Pricing

OnePlus continues to strengthen its presence in the competitive smartphone market with plans to introduce a new device under the Ace 5 series. According to reliable leaker Digital Chat Station, the upcoming phone will be the first to feature MediaTek’s new Dimensity 9400E chipset, aiming to redefine performance standards in the mid-range segment.

Compared to the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3, the Dimensity 9400E is said to offer better main frequency and cache performance, ensuring smoother operations and a stronger gaming experience. The phone will also integrate the Fengchi gaming core from the current Ace 5, promising optimized gameplay for mobile gamers. Speculations even suggest that its performance could rival the upcoming Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 chipset.

As per earlier leaks, the new OnePlus Ace 5 model is expected to feature a 6.77-inch LTPS display, a dual rear camera setup with a 50MP main sensor and a 2MP secondary sensor, a 16MP front-facing camera, an optical fingerprint scanner, and a plastic middle frame to help keep costs low.
