Visually, the OnePlus Pad 3 closely mirrors the OPPO Pad 2 Pro, a model that debuted recently, suggesting that the Pad 3 is likely a rebranded version of it. With a clean, boxy chassis and slim bezels, the tablet boasts a sleek, modern design. A single rear camera sits within a pill-shaped module that subtly protrudes from the surface, contributing to its premium aesthetic.

Under the hood, OnePlus has confirmed that the Pad 3 will be powered by the cutting-edge Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset. It will also feature the “Open Canvas” multitasking tool, a capability that originally gained traction with the OnePlus Open, enabling users to run multiple apps seamlessly.

The showcased color variant, named ‘Storm Blue,’ may be the sole offering, though OnePlus hasn’t confirmed if more options will follow. As the design hints suggest, the Pad 3 will cater to users who prioritize both style and power.

If OnePlus maintains the same hardware configuration as the OPPO Pad 2 Pro, users can expect a 13.2-inch 3.4K display (3392 x 2400 resolution) with a 144Hz adaptive refresh rate. It will likely house LPDDR5X RAM and UFS 4.0 storage for fast, fluid performance. The device is also expected to feature a massive 12,140mAh battery, capable of 67W SuperVOOC fast wired charging — a perfect fit for power users and media consumers.

On the software side, Android 15 will come pre-installed, layered with OxygenOS 15. Bluetooth 5.4 will also be included, ensuring reliable wireless connectivity.

Set to be unveiled on June 5, the OnePlus Pad 3 will debut in European markets first, with a wider rollout expected. As anticipation builds, this flagship tablet seems poised to compete head-on in the premium Android tablet space.
