[CNMO Technology News]At the 2025 China International Finance Exhibition held from June 18 to 20, Huawei unveiled its commercial terminals and smart financial solutions, among which the new generation of Huawei commercial tablets (Qingyun C5) will be launched soon, becoming the focus of attention. Xuan Jun, director of Huawei’s China Terminal Government and Enterprise Solutions Department, revealed on the spot that the device will be equipped with HarmonyOS’s independent operating system, aiming to create a safer and more efficient digital office base for the financial industry.

Based on the in-depth customization of HarmonyOS, the entire process of financial office data from generation, use to flow is independent and controllable. This not only meets the rigid demand of financial institutions for sensitive data security, but also builds an active defense system from the underlying operating system level, providing solid guarantees for the security of equipment and information assets, and directly hitting the core pain points of the financial industry.

The “Smart Finance-Mobile Industry Exhibition” plan, which was simultaneously unveiled at the exhibition, uses this tablet as the terminal carrier. The plan is empowered through Huawei’s self-developed HEM control platform. With just one device, bank practitioners can break through the limitations of outlets, complete non-cash businesses such as card processing, password modification, and information activation on-site, and truly “moving” the counters out of outlets.

Huawei’s layout in the financial field is not only hardware. Its “smart finance-financial work mobile phone” adopts the “end-cloud” collaborative architecture: the end-side relies on the Hongmeng system to deeply customize and ensure hardware-level security; the cloud side supports local privatization deployment, combines AI capabilities to achieve real-time risk control and intelligent analysis, and reconstructs the customer acquisition, risk control and service links of financial institutions. The “Paperless Conference Plan” exhibited at the same time helps institutions reduce office energy consumption and practice green finance on the basis of encryption and ensuring information security.
