[CNMO Technology News]On June 20, Yang Xueliang, senior vice president of Zhejiang Geely Holdings Group, announced through a social media platform that Zhou Zheng would welcome him to join Lynk & Co Auto Sales Company as executive vice president, and report to Lin Jie, senior vice president of Geely Automobile Group. Zhou Zheng has previously held important positions in SAIC-GM-Wuling and SAIC MG, and has rich marketing experience in the automotive industry.

According to public information, Zhou Zheng held several key positions during his time at SAIC-GM-Wuling, including the director of the marketing center, the director of the brand and marketing of Wuling Sales Company, and the deputy general manager of the sales company, leading the marketing work of Hongguang MINIEV, making this model a phenomenal product. In December 2024, Zhou Zheng was transferred to SAIC MG Brand Division as general manager, but he chose to resign after only half a year. During his tenure as MG (January to May 2025), although the brand sales reached about 42,800 vehicles, there was still a big gap from the annual target of 180,000 vehicles.

Zhou Zheng will face new challenges when joining Lynk & Co.. After Zekr completed the controlling 51% stake in Lynkor’s Lynkor’s shares, the two parties integrated into the “Zikr Technology Group”, but the two brands remained independent. Among them, Zekr focuses on the luxury pure electric market, while Lynk and Co is committed to the development of trendy sports and hybrid fields, and undertakes the task of A-class pure electric cars.
