Possible look of Virat Curve 5G

The display is expected to be one of the biggest highlights of the Lava Virat Curve 5G. Based on information shared, the phone will feature a 6.78-inch curved display, giving the device a more premium appearance than the standard Virat models.

The camera design could be even more interesting. Our internal information suggests that Lava will place a small secondary display inside the camera module. The exact purpose and functionality of this display are not known yet, but it could become one of the key design features of the Virat Curve 5G.

For photography, the smartphone is expected to feature a 50MP AI camera. This would mark a significant camera upgrade for the Virat lineup and could allow Lava to compete more strongly in the budget and mid-range 5G smartphone segment.

Under the hood, the Lava Virat Curve 5G is expected to be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7100. The chipset will provide 5G connectivity and should give the upcoming device a noticeable performance boost compared with some of Lava’s existing Virat series smartphones.

Battery life is another area where Lava appears to be keeping its focus. According to our internal source, the Virat Curve 5G will pack a 6000mAh battery. This should give the phone enough capacity for users who want longer battery life without constantly reaching for a charger.

The base variant is expected to come with 4GB of RAM. Lava may offer higher-memory configurations as well, but details about the complete RAM and storage lineup are currently unavailable.

On the software side, the Lava Virat Curve 5G is expected to run Android 16 out of the box.

When it comes to pricing, our internal sources at PassionateGeekz suggest that the Lava Virat Curve 5G could be positioned in the ₹25,000–₹30,000 price segment. The pricing could be influenced by the current market conditions and ongoing component price hikes, which are putting pressure on smartphone pricing. While Lava could aim for an aggressive price, the current cost environment may push the Virat Curve 5G toward this higher price range. The final India price is yet to be confirmed and could vary depending on the RAM and storage configuration.

For now, Lava has not officially confirmed the Virat Curve 5G. Pricing, launch date, storage options, refresh rate, charging speed and the complete camera configuration remain unknown.

We will continue to track the Lava Virat Curve 5G and bring you more exclusive details about its launch, pricing, specifications and availability as they emerge.
