[CNMO Technology News]According to the latest news released by Cui Dongshu, Secretary-General of the China Passenger Car Association, as of May 2025, China’s automobile export market performed strongly, with a total of 2.83 million cars exported from January to May, an increase of 16% year-on-year. Among them, the monthly export volume in May reached 682,000 vehicles, a year-on-year increase of 20% and a month-on-month increase of 12%.

From the perspective of export destinations, the top ten markets in China’s automobile exports in May 2025 are Mexico (51,927 units), the United Arab Emirates (50,493 units), Brazil (47,454 units), Australia (33,290 units), Belgium (31,118 units), the United Kingdom (29,393 units), Saudi Arabia (27,579 units), the Philippines (26,944 units), Russia (21,925 units) and Kazakhstan (17,788 units). Compared with the same period last year, the five countries with the largest increase were the UAE, Australia, the Philippines, Kazakhstan and Mexico, with an increase of 21,625, 18,237, 16,181, 11,052 and 9,371 respectively.

Total of the cumulative number of China’s ten countries with the largest exports of complete vehicles are Mexico (239,709), the UAE (189,547), Russia (153,664), Brazil (140,993), Belgium (125,110), Australia (124,196), Saudi Arabia (119,564), the United Kingdom (107,634), the Philippines (97,689) and Turkey (70,929). Among these countries, the five countries with the largest increase are the UAE, Mexico, Australia, the Philippines and Kazakhstan, while the Russian market fell significantly.
