In an era where luxury automakers are stretching their brand identities beyond the garage, Brabus is taking things to a spectacular new level—by building an entire island. Yes, you read that right. The high-performance German tuning company known for reimagining Mercedes-Benz vehicles is now crafting a luxury destination of its own: Brabus Island.
Set in the prestigious Al Seef District of Abu Dhabi, Brabus Island will span over one million square feet of prime waterfront real estate. It will feature four residential towers, 100 sleek and modern villas, and panoramic views of the sea from nearly every corner. Positioned just minutes from Zayed International Airport and central Abu Dhabi—and under an hour from Dubai—this new development isn’t just convenient, it’s audaciously aspirational.
Automaker-branded real estate is booming. Aston Martin, Porsche, Bentley, Mercedes-Benz, and Pagani all have landmark towers either built or under development. Bugatti’s ambitious 171-story Dubai skyscraper is set to become an icon. But Brabus is aiming higher—or perhaps broader—by designing not just a building, but an entire environment.
“For nearly five decades, Brabus has built products that move people—emotionally, viscerally, physically,” said CEO Constantin Buschmann. “But this is different. Now, for the first time, we’re not just designing vehicles for a lifestyle—we’re designing the lifestyle itself.”
While no official construction timeline or pricing details have been released, it’s safe to assume that Brabus Island won’t come cheap. And if you have to ask about the cost, as the saying goes—you probably can’t afford it.
Still, one thing is clear: Brabus Island isn’t just real estate. It’s a bold statement of brand identity, a vision of opulence, and a fitting next chapter for a company that has always pushed the limits of what luxury can be.
