According to Law360 yesterday (June 24), Apple has urged the 9th Circuit Court to repeal the relevant order. Apple believes that the provisions for allowing external links and external purchases are zero commissions.There is “overly punitive” and “simply unfair”.
The media believes that these appeals processes may take months or even years, and there is a back and forth debate between Apple, Epic and the court.
