[CNMO Technology News]Recently, Nikon officially released the latest firmware update information for its many mirrorless cameras, including Z5II, Z6III, Z50II and Zf. This update mainly focuses on optimizing users’ operating experience when using Nikon Cloud Creation Services, and adjusts the content displayed on some menus.
Among them, the Z5II ushered in its first firmware update since its launch. The update mainly includes: optimizing some of the description text displayed on the camera when connecting to Nikon Cloud Creation Service, although the operation steps have not changed; changing the camera name displayed when paired with the SnapBridge application; adjusting the camera name displayed on the device via USB when the (USB) option in (network menu) is set to (iPhone) mode; correcting the display problem of some project names in the simplified Chinese menu; and changing the name of the d13 option in (custom settings menu) from “Showing on during continuous shooting” to a clearer description.
For the other three models – Z6III, Z50II and Zf, the firmware update content is relatively consistent, mainly focusing on the explanation text optimization related to Nikon Cloud Creation Service, that is, some of the prompts displayed on the camera interface when connecting to the service are updated, but the connection process remains unchanged.
Currently, users can download the corresponding version of firmware through Nikon’s official website to upgrade. Nikon said that these updates will further improve the convenience and stability of users in daily shooting and cloud data management.
