Passionategeekz On June 24, Google Cloud announced the donation of A2A (Agent2Agent) agent/agent interaction protocol, SDK and developer tools to the Linux Foundation during the North American Open Source Summit.
The Linux Foundation also announced the establishment of the Agent2Agent project entity with Amazon AWS, Cisco, Google, Microsoft, Salesforce, SAP and ServiceNow, and participants will cultivate an open and interoperable ecosystem for AI agents through the A2A protocol and other interoperability technologies.
The A2A agreement was launched by Google on April 9 this yearis an open standard for communication and collaboration between different AI agents, aiming to break the current silos that limit the potential of artificial intelligence.More than 100 companies have supported the agreement。
Google Cloud said in its blog that its next step is to develop a broader set of open standards to complement the A2A protocol in terms of trusted proxy identities, delegated proxy permissions, governance strategies, proxy security and reputation, through collaboration with external sources.
