iQOO has showcased a futuristic concept smartphone as part of its 10th anniversary celebrations. Called the iQOO X, the device was reportedly developed with input from iQOO fans and packs some seriously ambitious hardware.
The iQOO X is currently an internal concept and has not been confirmed for a commercial launch. iQOO has, however, showcased physical prototype units, giving us a glimpse at the company’s vision for future smartphones.
The concept phone comes with a massive 7-inch Samsung M16 display featuring 2K resolution, LTPO 6.0 technology and an impressive 240Hz refresh rate. It also features a true full-screen design aimed at delivering a cleaner viewing experience without traditional display interruptions.
Performance is handled by the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 10 Pro processor, paired with iQOO’s in-house QX gaming chip. This combination is designed to push gaming and sustained performance even further.
The biggest highlight could be its enormous 15,000mAh solid-state battery. If such technology reaches a commercial smartphone, it could offer extremely long battery life while benefiting from the higher energy density of solid-state battery technology.
The camera setup is equally ambitious, with a triple rear camera system that reportedly includes a 200MP Samsung HPC main camera, a 50MP ultra-wide camera and a 200MP Samsung periscope telephoto camera.

Another interesting feature is the half-screen ultrasonic fingerprint sensor, which could allow users to unlock the phone across a much larger area of the display instead of relying on a small fixed fingerprint zone.
The iQOO X is also special because it was created with contributions from iQOO’s fan community. The physical units shown at the event are early-stage prototypes used to test the phone’s design, structure and feasibility.
For now, there is no confirmation that the iQOO X will become a retail smartphone. However, its 15,000mAh battery, 240Hz display, dedicated gaming chip and dual 200MP camera setup offer an exciting look at the kind of technology iQOO is exploring for the future.
