[CNMO Technology News]According to overseas technology media reports, the global release date of Xiaomi’s new generation flagship model POCO F7 has been exposed. Abhishek Yadav, a well-known whistleblower, revealed on social platforms that the model will hold its launch ceremony in Indonesia on June 25, 2025, and simultaneously release screenshots of the event of the e-commerce platform Shopee as evidence. Combined with POCO’s consistent market strategy, the industry speculates that it may enter the Indian market on the same day and officially start global sales.
According to previously leaked information, POCO F7 will be equipped with Qualcomm’s latest Snapdragon 8s Gen4 mobile platform. The chip adopts a 4nm process process, is equipped with a Cortex-X4 super-large core and an Adreno 735 GPU, and its performance is expected to be close to that of a flagship processor. In terms of screen, the phone is equipped with a 6.83-inch AMOLED straight screen with a resolution of 2712×1220 (1.5K), supports 120Hz adaptive refresh rate, 3840Hz high-frequency PWM dimming and 480Hz touch sampling rate, with a peak brightness exceeding 3200 nits, and outdoor visibility is significantly improved.
The imaging system continues POCO’s consistent pragmatism route: the rear main camera adopts a 50-megapixel Sony IMX882 sensor, which supports OIS optical image stabilization; the ultra-wide-angle lens is 8-megapixel, which can achieve 120° field of view coverage; the front is a 20-megapixel selfie lens, which meets daily video call needs.
Battery endurance has become one of the core selling points of POCO F7. It has a built-in 6500mAh large-capacity battery and supports 90W wired fast charging. The official claims that it can charge 65% of the battery in 30 minutes. It is worth noting that the battery capacity of the version for the Indian market may be upgraded to 7550mAh, or to cope with the local special electricity use environment.
