  • Model: PAC20-392, production batch: M14-Q6 / Q7, C13-Q6 / Q7, M20-Q6 / Q7, M22-Q6 / Q7, manufacturing date: June 23, 2024 to July 31, 2024, quantity involved: 113,253 units;

  • Model: PLT20A-152, production batch: M20-P8 / Q1, manufacturing date: August 2023 to January 2024, quantity involved: 46,914 units.

The notice stated that Shenzhen Romes Technology Co., Ltd. will purchase products within the recall scope for consumersReplace a brand new mobile power supply product that is not lower than the original product value and meets safety requirements for free, or return and refund

Regarding the reason for the recall, Romes stated that the recalled mobile power supply products,Due to the incoming materials of some battery cellsA very small number of products may overheat during use, which may cause combustion risks in extreme scenarios, and pose safety risks.
