New advertising videos and title song for “Dandadan” season 2 -Passionategeekz

Two thematic advertising videos have now been published for the second season of the anime series “Dandadan”, based on Yukinobu’s successful original work. The new clips set different priorities: While one is dedicated to the topics of “friendship and love”, the other focuses on “supernatural and action”. At the same time, the new Ending was also announced: the musician Wurts steers the title song for the credits with the song “Dōkashiteru” (translated “total madness”).

In the friendship and love clip, the focus is on the slow approach between Momo and Okarun as well as everyday scenes of the four-member main group, which also includes Aira and Jiji. These atmospheric moments are musically accompanied by the ending song. In contrast, the action and supernatural clip presents the exciting struggles of the main characters against mysterious opponents. Among other things, Okarun’s bizarre examination with the so-called “boxer shorts man” and momos meet with the mighty Kito Naki are shown. These scenes are accompanied by the opening theme “Kakumei Dōchū” by Aina the End.

Wurts itself describes the ending as an energetic song that is supposed to capture the excitement and nervous palpitations of the characters. In a statement, he said: “In a crazy world full of inexplicable beings, we wanted to express feelings – awkward, longing, entangled in misunderstandings … This melody combines all of these emotions.”

The second season of “Dandadan” starts on July 3 and promises a mixture of tension, humor and emotional moments again.
