EPFO E-Pasbook Facilitation Down, how to check the services on the portal when the balance starts

New Delhi: Are you facing problems in checking your Employees Provident Fund (EPF) balance on EPF Passbook website? In fact, the portal is once down again. In such a situation, if you are worried about checking the balance, then do not do it, the Employees Provident Fund Organization (EPFO) has given easy options for this. Such as missed call service and SMS service, so that you can check your PF balance immediately without internet access or technical problem.

Why are the logins not able to do EPF website:

You can check your provident fund (PF) balance by visiting EPF Passbook Portal (Passbook.Epfindia.gov.in). However, sometimes the user has to face difficulty in accessing it. Indeed, more traffic on the server causes a problem in login due to overload, prescribed maintenance or technical upgrade and login mistakes such as using wrong universal account number (UAN), password or unreserved mobile number. Right now the EPFO website is running down, due to which users are not able to login.

How to check PF balance missed call service?
You can also find out PF balance through EPFO’s missed call series. This is a free way. Learn how to know here:

1. Call 9966044425 from your registered mobile number
2. Call will automatically disconnect after two ring (no fee will be charged).
3. You will get your latest PF balance and diet of last deposit through an SMS.

Note: This service is available only to UAN-active members whose KYC has been completed. If you face any problem, you can check your KYC status through your employer or EPFO portal.
