After weeks of leaks and speculation, OPPO has officially teased that a new announcement related to the OPPO Reno 15 Series will take place in China on November 10, 2025. This confirmation comes following multiple reports and benchmark sightings that revealed key specifications and variants of the upcoming mid-premium smartphone lineup.
According to recent leaks, OPPO will introduce three models in its domestic market — the OPPO Reno 15, Reno 15 Pro, and Reno 15 Pro Max. For global markets, including India, the brand is expected to launch the Reno 15, Reno 15 Pro, and a new Reno 15 Mini variant, with the Indian debut reportedly scheduled for December 2025.
Just a few days ahead of its official launch, the Oppo Reno 15 Pro 5G (India variant) has been spotted by us the Passionategeekz on the IMEI database, carrying the model number CPH2813, confirming its existence. Interestingly, another mysterious Oppo device with the model number CPH2823 has also surfaced — likely to be the standard Reno 15 or possibly a Reno 15 Mini — as it has already cleared BIS certification.
If the latest rumours are to be believed, the Oppo Reno 15 series is gearing up for a global and Indian launch sometime in December, so fans might not have to wait much longer to see what Oppo has in store next.
The Reno 15 series is expected to feature flat 1.5K OLED displays with metal frames, emphasizing a clean, durable design language. Battery capacity across the lineup is rumored to hover around 6000mAh, signaling a major upgrade in battery endurance compared to the Reno 14 generation. Camera setups are also set for improvement — the standard Reno 15 models are expected to sport a 50MP main sensor, while the Reno 15 Pro variant could include a 200MP primary camera alongside a 50MP telephoto lens.
A recent Geekbench listing revealed that one of the Reno 15 models (Chinese variant) will be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 8450 SoC and run on Android 16 with ColorOS 16.0.1.92. The listing also confirmed a 16GB RAM configuration, suggesting that OPPO is preparing the Reno 15 series to deliver flagship-grade multitasking and gaming performance in its segment.
The Reno series has long been OPPO’s most consistent performer in the mid-range and upper-mid-range categories, and the upcoming Reno 15 lineup is expected to strengthen its position against rivals from Realme, Vivo, and Xiaomi. OPPO’s teaser suggests that more details or a full launch date announcement will arrive on November 10, when the brand officially reveals the first look and technical highlights of the Reno 15 lineup in China.
