The upcoming Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra has surfaced in fresh CAD renders, hinting at subtle yet important design changes ahead of its official debut. Following the earlier leaks of the Galaxy S26 Pro and Galaxy S26 Edge, these new images shed light on what to expect from the top-tier Ultra model.
According to reports from Android Headlines in collaboration with reliable tipster @OnLeaks, the Galaxy S26 Ultra could arrive with rounder edges, improving the ergonomics compared to the sharper frame of its predecessor. Many users had previously complained that the Galaxy S25 Ultra felt uncomfortable to hold, and this tweak seems to address that feedback.
The second major change can be spotted in the rear camera setup. Samsung appears to be opting for a hybrid module design, where three lenses sit on a raised module while the fourth lens and LED flash protrude directly from the back panel. Interestingly, this pill-shaped design language was also seen in the leaked renders of the Galaxy S26 Pro.
On the front, the handset is shown with a flat display featuring a centered punch-hole camera. The back panel also remains flat, maintaining continuity with Samsung’s previous design choices rather than introducing drastic changes like those rumored for the iPhone 17 Pro Max.
In terms of specifications, the Galaxy S26 Ultra is expected to be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset in most global markets, with certain regions possibly receiving the Exynos 2600 variant. The device could also debut with Samsung’s latest M14 OLED screen using Colour Filter on Encapsulation (CoE) technology, making the display thinner while improving light transmission.
As for charging, there are conflicting reports. Some suggest that the handset will retain the 45W wired charging speeds seen in the Galaxy S25 Ultra, while others hint at an upgrade to 60W fast charging. Battery details remain under wraps for now.
