Infinix has officially launched the HOT 60i 5G in India, expanding its budget 5G smartphone lineup after the HOT 60 5G+. The device comes with a 6.75-inch HD+ Dot-In LCD display featuring a 120Hz refresh rate and up to 670 nits peak brightness. It also includes a Dynamic Port for notifications, offering a premium touch at this price point.
The HOT 60i 5G is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 6400 chipset paired with 4GB LPDDR4X RAM, 128GB storage, and support for up to 4GB of virtual RAM. Storage can be expanded up to 2TB via a microSD card. Running on Android 15 with HiOS 15, the phone promises up to 5 years of lag-free usage and comes preloaded with AI features such as Circle to Search, AI Call Translation, AI Summarization, AI Writing Assistant, AI Eraser for photo editing, and AI Wallpaper Generator. The Folax voice assistant is also integrated for hands-free usage with smart responses.

For connectivity, Infinix introduces Ultra Link technology that ensures essential communication functions even when mobile networks are unavailable. On the camera front, the device sports a 50MP rear sensor with LED flash and 2K 30fps video recording, alongside a 5MP front-facing camera. It also includes a side-mounted fingerprint sensor, 3.5mm headphone jack, DTS audio, and an IP64-rated dust and splash-resistant build.
The major highlight of the smartphone is its massive 6000mAh battery with 18W fast charging and 10W reverse wired charging, making it a reliable option for power-hungry users. Measuring 8.14mm in thickness and weighing 199g, the device strikes a balance between design and performance.
The Infinix HOT 60i 5G is priced at Rs. 9,299 for the 4GB + 128GB variant, with an effective price of Rs. 8,999 on prepaid card purchases. It will be available in Shadow Blue, Monsoon Green, Plum Red, and Sleek Black color options with a dual-tone matte finish. Sales begin on August 21st via Flipkart and offline retail outlets.
